All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.


B. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors, pricing errors, or omissions.

If an error is identified after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order.


C. Payment Terms

Payment is required as specified at the time of purchase or invoicing. Orders may not be processed until payment is received.

Late payments may result in delays, cancellation, or additional fees.


4. Equipment Compatibility & Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying equipment compatibility
  • Confirming hydraulic requirements, sizing, and specifications
  • Ensuring proper use of all products

Region Equipment is not responsible for issues resulting from improper selection, incompatibility, or misuse.


5. Shipping and Delivery

A. Freight Terms

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all shipments are FOB Origin.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.


B. Delivery Timing

Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Manufacturers
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Weather or external factors

C. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect all shipments upon receipt.

Any damage must be reported within 48 hours with supporting documentation.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of claims.


6. Returns and RMA Policy

All returns are governed by our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy.

  • No returns without prior approval
  • Items must meet eligibility requirements
  • Restocking fees may apply

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Products sold by Region Equipment are subject to manufacturer warranties only, unless otherwise stated in writing.

We do not provide independent warranties unless explicitly agreed.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Region Equipment shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Downtime
  • Equipment failure
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.


9. Service and Installation

Where applicable:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring site readiness
  • Access, utilities, and conditions must be suitable
  • Delays or additional costs due to site issues may result in additional charges

We are not responsible for conditions outside of our control.


10. Government and Commercial Transactions

For government or commercial customers:

  • Additional contractual terms may apply
  • Cooperative purchasing agreements may govern transactions
  • These Terms apply unless superseded by a signed agreement

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and materials, is the property of Region Equipment and may not be used without permission.

We utilize third-party platforms (including Shopify, Service Fusion, and others).

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party system performance
  • External platform policies
