1. Overview

Region Equipment (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides equipment, attachments, parts, and services sourced from various manufacturers.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, all products sold by Region Equipment are subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty only.

By purchasing from Region Equipment, you agree to the terms outlined in this Warranty Policy.

 

2. Manufacturer Warranty

A. Primary Coverage

  • All warranty coverage is provided directly by the product manufacturer
  • Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary by manufacturer and product

 

B. Warranty Documentation

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing manufacturer warranty documentation
  • Understanding coverage limitations
  • Registering products if required by the manufacturer


C. Warranty Claims

Warranty claims must be submitted in accordance with manufacturer requirements.

Region Equipment may assist in facilitating claims but does not control:

  • Approval decisions
  • Processing timelines
  • Final outcomes

 

3. No Independent Warranty by Region Equipment

Region Equipment does not provide any independent or additional warranties, unless explicitly stated in writing.

All products are sold “as-is” with respect to Region Equipment, subject only to applicable manufacturer warranties.

 

4. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage does not apply to issues resulting from:

  • Improper installation
  • Incorrect equipment compatibility
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Lack of maintenance
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Operation outside manufacturer specifications
  • Normal wear and tear

 

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Verifying equipment compatibility prior to purchase
  • Proper installation and operation
  • Routine maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Following all safety and operational instructions

Failure to meet these responsibilities may void warranty coverage.

 

6. Service and Labor

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Labor, installation, and service costs are not covered under warranty
  • Travel, diagnostics, and repair labor may be billed separately

Even if a part is covered under manufacturer warranty, associated labor may not be covered.

 

7. Downtime and Loss of Use

Region Equipment is not responsible for:

  • Equipment downtime
  • Loss of productivity
  • Rental replacement costs
  • Business interruption

Warranty claims do not include compensation for indirect or consequential losses.

 

8. Replacement Parts and Repairs

At the discretion of the manufacturer:

  • Defective components may be repaired or replaced
  • Replacement parts may be new or refurbished

No guarantee is made regarding:

  • Repair timelines
  • Immediate replacement availability

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Region Equipment shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business interruption
  • Equipment misuse or improper application

Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

 

10. Relationship to Other Policies

This Warranty Policy operates in conjunction with:

  • Terms of Service
  • Shipping Policy
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

Warranty claims do not override return eligibility or shipping requirements.
