Lift overview
The Challenger AR4115 Series is a 15,000 lb capacity four-post alignment lift offered in open- and closed-front configurations with standard- and extended-length decks. The alignment packages include two RJ7.5 rolling jacks, an internal air line kit, stainless-steel turn plates, rear slip plates, turn-plate bridges and multi-position work steps.

The current installation manual requires reinforced concrete at least 4 in. thick, rated 3,500 psi or greater and cured at least 28 days. Minimum recommended bay sizes are 14 x 24 ft for open-front standard-length models, 14 x 26 ft for open-front extended models, 12 x 24 ft for closed-front standard models and 12 x 26 ft for closed-front extended models. The manual publishes approximate base-lift shipping-weight ranges of 4,350–4,550 lb for open-front configurations and 4,000–4,150 lb for closed-front configurations; because these sellable SKUs are complete alignment packages with additional components, exact packaged freight weight is confirmed at quote.
