The Challenger 44060 Series is a 60,000 lb capacity heavy-duty, chain-driven four-post lift for commercial trucks, transit vehicles, construction equipment, and other high-capacity fleet service. Dual hydraulic cylinders and the synchro-power control system allow variable or synchronized front and rear operation.

Verify the slab, anchoring, bay dimensions, electrical supply and any required compressed air against the selected model manual.
Confirm wheelbase, track width, axle loads and runway length; verify which alignment and rolling-jack accessories are included.
The model-specific installation manual requires reinforced concrete at least 5 in. thick with a minimum 3,000 psi compressive strength. Minimum recommended bay sizes are 26 ft 1 in. x 42 ft 4 in. for the 25 ft track, 26 ft 1 in. x 47 ft 4 in. for the 30 ft track, and 26 ft 1 in. x 52 ft 4 in. for the 35 ft track. Sixteen feet is the minimum recommended ceiling height; vehicle height may require more. Installation must follow the current manual and local engineering/code requirements.
