The Challenger 4018XFX is an ALI-certified, 18,000 lb heavy-duty four-post lift designed for fleet and commercial vehicle service. Its 24-inch-wide flat-deck runways, proven cable drive, and single-point mechanical lock release accommodate vehicles with wheelbases up to 220 inches.

Confirm wheelbase, track width, axle loads and runway length; verify which alignment and rolling-jack accessories are included.
Recommended bay footprint: approximately 14 ft wide by 24 ft long, with adequate working clearance
Vertical clearance: at least 78 in. plus vehicle height; the IOM manual recommends a 12 ft ceiling for typical installations
Install indoors on a level concrete floor
Current IOM foundation minimum: 6 in. concrete, 4,000 psi, aged at least 30 days
Electrical and anchoring work must comply with the current IOM manual and applicable local codes
